Leadership Unscripted: Build Confidence to Lead Through the Unknown

This 4-week, improv-based course is designed to help you grow your confidence in unscripted moments—like handling unexpected questions, navigating change, or thinking on your feet in high-stakes conversations. Through experiential exercises and reflective discussion, you’ll build the core skills that support flexible, grounded leadership.
 
Think of this class as a leadership gym - We’ll focus on:
Responding in the moment with agility
Showing up with presence under pressure
Staying centered and connected—even when the plan goes out the window
 
Who is this course for?
This course is for leaders at any level who want to feel more confident and effective in unpredictable moments.
 
No prior improv experience is needed, just curiosity and excitement to grow as a leader.
 
Class Time: Wednesdays in October, 6:30-8:30PM
