Uprising Improv: Activism Armando Show

Uprising Improv uses comedy and performance as resistance training, partnering with Bay Area organizers to help audiences move beyond the doom scroll, build connection, and prepare for sustained community action.

This month, we’re celebrating Pride with NCLR. Founded in San Francisco in 1977, NCLR is a non-profit public interest law firm at the forefront of advancing the civil and human rights of LGBTQ people and their families through impact litigation, public policy, and community education. NCLR litigates precedent-setting cases, advocates for equitable public policies, and provides free legal assistance to LGBTQ people and their advocates. Half of all proceeds go toward supporting their mission.

NCLR joins us not just to talk about their work, but to help sharpen our tools for changing minds and hearts and meeting people where they are.
